## Failed swaps

A failed swap is never counted. The reserved free swap, plan swap or paid credit is returned to your account.

## All sales are final

Plan passes, pay-as-you-go swaps and crypto top-ups are final and are not refunded, in money or in crypto, because crypto payments cannot be reversed. Unused swaps do not turn back into money.

Crypto sent on the wrong network, in a coin we do not list, or below the minimum shown cannot be recovered. Check the coin, network and address before you send.

## A payment that did not arrive

If you paid and your swaps or plan did not arrive, write to [team@swapshoot.com](mailto:team@swapshoot.com?subject=SwapShoot%20payment%20question) with your account email and the order ID, or for a top-up the deposit's date, coin and amount. We will put it right on your account.

This does not limit any rights you have under the law that applies to you.
