Change the head. Keep the photograph. SwapShoot swaps the head in a photo and leaves the rest of the shot as it was, in about a minute.

## What it does

Upload the photo you want to change and a photo of the new head. SwapShoot puts the new head on the original shot and leaves the rest alone: the clothes, pose, hands, background and light stay as they were. Hair is rebuilt and skin tone is matched, so one good shoot can carry more than one face.

It is made for creators and individuals who want a new head in the same photo: social posts, cosplay, outfits, memes, thumbnails, fixing a blinked or closed-eyes shot with a head from another frame, and AI-model photos.

## Two photos in, one photo out

1. **You sign in with Google or your email** and upload two photos: the shot to change and the new head. You tick a box to confirm that the people in both photos agreed to it.
2. **SwapShoot makes the swap.** It finds the head, masks hair and neckline, generates the new head and matches light and skin. This takes about a minute.
3. **You review the result** with a before/after slider and decide whether to keep it. Nobody at SwapShoot edits or approves your images: the review is yours, and so is the decision to use the result.
4. **You download the result.** Results come back at your photo's size, up to 1800 px on the long edge. Uploads are deleted within 24 hours and results are kept for 24 hours, so download anything you want to keep.

## Limits

- Works best on photos with one person whose face is clearly visible.
- Hair, occlusion (hands or objects over the face) and unusual angles can need another try.
- Each account has 5 free swaps, then paid swaps. Capacity is shared, so a swap can wait or be refused when it is very busy.

## How we work

- **Lawful adult content.** Consensual adult creative edits are allowed. Sexualised or intimate edits require every identifiable person's explicit, informed permission for the specific edit and any intended publication or distribution.
- **Consent first.** Before your first swap you confirm, once, that you are 18 or older and have permission from the people in every photo you upload. Everyone shown must be 18 or older.
- **Results kept for 24 hours.** Your photos are stored only while we make the swap: uploads are deleted within 24 hours of upload, and results are kept for 24 hours after they are made, then deleted.
- **No training.** We never use your photos or results to train AI models.
